1. Scope and service operator
Arbor AI (御临 in Simplified Chinese) provides field information, work results, remote collaboration and cloud AI assistance for organization users. This policy covers these app services and related support. It does not replace separately signed enterprise agreements.
The same registered operator provides mainland China and international services: Arbor Standard (Shenzhen) Co.,Ltd. (乔品科技(深圳)有限公司) Your organization assigns accounts, business resources and permissions. We and your organization are each responsible for our respective processing activities.
2. Information and purposes
- Account and organization information: sign-in, authentication, member identification and access control.
- Work content: images, videos, 3D models, task details and field data you access or provide, used to view results and collaborate.
- Meetings and sharing: audio, video, meeting details, and space or screen content you actively share, used for remote communication. Access depends on participants and organization permissions.
- Cloud AI and voice input: text, voice and business context you submit to interpret requests, generate results and carry out authorized workflows.
- Technical and support information: network, device and fault information needed to operate the service, and enquiries you submit, used for connectivity, security and troubleshooting.
3. Device permissions and sharing
The camera supports video communication you enable. The microphone supports voice input or audio communication. Screen broadcasting starts at your request and may include personal or business information visible on screen. Close content you do not want participants to see before sharing.
Manage camera and microphone permissions in system settings and stop sharing through app or system controls. Denying a permission affects features that require it. Space Sharing and screen broadcasting involve different content; refer to the notices for the feature you use.
4. Third-party service categories
We use third-party cloud infrastructure, storage, audio and video communications, messaging, AI and speech services to deliver the relevant features. Depending on the features you use, processing may include necessary account identifiers, connection information, audio, video and submitted content.
Organization administrators and authorized participants can access collaboration content within their permissions. Disclosures to independent third parties and cross-border processing are subject to applicable notice, authorization and protection requirements. Feature-specific notices provide additional information about relevant processing.
5. Service regions and data storage
We provide services through multiple data centers worldwide. You can manually select an available service region in the app. Mainland China connects to the domestic system, with related business data stored in Tencent Cloud's mainland China region. The international service connects to a separate system, with related business data stored in Singapore or Frankfurt, Germany.
The App Store region from which you download the app neither restricts your service region choice nor determines storage location. An app downloaded outside mainland China can also connect to the mainland China service. The system and storage location depend on the service environment you select.
These storage locations refer to the relevant business data, not every location involved in network transmission, technical support, backups or third-party processing. Refer to the selected service environment and feature-specific notices for the applicable processing scope.
6. Retention and deletion
We determine retention periods according to the time needed to provide the service, the nature of the information, account and organizational use, and applicable legal requirements. Different types of information may have different retention periods.
You may request deletion or account closure through Technical Support. We need to verify identity, scope and organizational permissions. Records subject to legal retention requirements and shared organizational records may not be deleted when an account is closed. We will explain the scope of our response.
7. Your choices and requests
Contact us about access, correction, deletion, account closure, withdrawal of permission or complaints. For organization-managed business records, contact your administrator first. For personal information we process, use the support channel.
Provide only information needed to identify the issue and verify your identity. Do not send passwords, verification codes, complete business records or unrelated personal information by ordinary email.
8. Security, minors and updates
Protect your account and use services only within your authorization. Report suspected account misuse or information exposure to support and your administrator promptly.
This is an organizational work service, not one designed specifically for children. Where use involves minors, confirm required organizational and guardian authorization and applicable protections. An App Store age rating is not account eligibility or authorization to process personal information.
Policy changes will identify the update date and significant revisions. Changes requiring notice or authorization should be handled appropriately.
